My name is Katie Thomas and my husband is Jared.  We are the faces behind J&K Premier Properties located in Bismarck, Arkansas!  We love fishing on DeGray Lake and every time we go, we are always amazed at the beauty the area has to offer.  Between the fishing, hiking, camping, sports activities, and being close to college life at Henderson State and Ouachita Baptist - we really felt like the potential for family time was unlimited.  After much thought and prayer, we made the decision to start our small business here by building three short-term rental homes.  If you are traveling here for vacation with family, work purposes, or to visit the kids & grandkids at the local colleges, we would love to provide you a place to stay with accommodations to make your trip as easy, comfortable, and as memorable as possible!
