FAQ's

1) Q: Where exactly are these houses located?

A: Once a house is reserved, detailed instructions will be sent that include an address, check-instructions, and good to know information that will make your stay more enjoyable.  We can tell you that all three of these homes are less than two minutes from Hwy 7 beaches and about a ten minute drive to Caddo Valley.

 

2) Q: What are your nightly rates?  Do you offer discounts?

A: Nightly rates vary depending on what time of the year you are wanting to book.  If you book directly through us, we don't charge the additional booking fees that many short-term rental platforms do.  We also give a discounted rate if you are repeat guests and/or book multiple homes during your stay.  Please email us to inquire about pricing and availability at jkpremiere@yahoo.com

 

3) Q: Are your homes pet friendly?

A: Houses #2 & #3 are pet friendly.  House #1 is not.  When booking a home, you must disclose if you are wanting to bring a dog.  For safety purposes, we require no more than 2 dogs that are under 20lbs each per booking.  Dogs must be on a leash when taken outside and they must also be in a crate/kennel if left unattended inside the home.  If it is discovered that any of these rules are broken, we will forfeit your reservation and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

 

4) Q: What type of safety features do your homes have?

A: We have video surveillance that monitors the front of each house and the back as well.  We DO NOT have cameras inside the homes.  Each home is also equipped with smart locks that will have a unique code for you to use for your stay.

 

5) Q: Do your homes have wifi?

A: Yes.  Each home has it's own modem so the signal/speed isn't shared with neighboring homes.  This makes the internet great for people who work remotely and it makes the smart TV in each living room work efficiently as well.

 

6) Q: How do I book a stay?

A: Once you have contacted us via email, we will confirm your dates are available and manually block off your stay once we receive payment in full.  We accept payments via Venmo, PayPal, and cash only.

 

7) Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Guests get a full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel between 7-14 days before check-in day, a 50% refund will be issued.  If a cancellation is made within 7 days of check-in, no refund will be issued.
